布依戏是国家级非物质文化遗产，戏班是其活态传承与演出的重要载体。本文以贵州省册亨、安龙等布依戏核心传承区的戏班为研究主体，系统梳理政策扶持背景下戏班数量回升、演出频次增加的复苏现状，深度剖析戏班在社会转型中面临人才断层与经济困窘双重危机、现代多元文化娱乐方式分流受众、内生创新动能不足制约发展的多重现实困境，积极探索从联动落实人才培养、拓展演艺空间、提升剧目与舞台效果、丰富演出形态与传播方式四个维度，构建适配当代语境的长效发展路径，以推动传统戏曲类非物质文化遗产的活态传承与良性发展。

Buyi Opera is a national-level intangible cultural heritage, and opera troupes serve as a vital carrier for its living inheritance and performances. Taking opera troupes in the core inheritance areas of Buyi Opera including Ceheng and Anlong in Guizhou Province as the research object, this paper systematically sorts out the revival status characterized by the rebounding number of opera troupes and the growing performance frequency under the policy support. It further deeply analyzes multiple practical dilemmas confronted by opera troupes amid social transformation, namely the dual crises of talent gap and financial hardship, audience diversion brought by diverse modern cultural and entertainment forms, as well as insufficient endogenous innovation momentum restricting sustainable development. From four dimensions including collaborative implementation of talent training, active expansion of performing spaces, improvement of repertoire quality and stage effects, and diversification of performance forms and communication channels, this study explores the construction of a long-term development path adapted to the contemporary context, so as to advance the living inheritance of traditional opera-type intangible cultural heritage.
